We are seeking a litigation associate to join a busy, bilingual litigation team in Montreal. You will manage contentious files from opening to resolution, working on civil liability, insurance, construction disputes and class actions, and participating in arbitration and court proceedings under the supervision of senior lawyers.

The role involves developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting examinations for discovery, coordinating with experts, and representing clients at mediations and hearings. The team is results-driven and collaborates frequently with colleagues and clients across Canada and internationally.

Civil law degree from a recognized university and member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec.
2–4 years of litigation experience, with exposure to insurance, construction, commercial litigation or class actions.
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English.
Strong drafting, advocacy, analytical and case-management skills; ability to work collaboratively with experts and clients.
