We are seeking a litigation associate to join a busy Montréal disputes team. You will work on defence and claimant matters, managing files under senior supervision, pleading before Quebec courts and professional orders, and collaborating with experts and clients on strategy and advocacy.

The role requires frequent collaboration with English‑speaking clients across Canada and internationally, so full professional fluency in both English and French is essential. The position offers hybrid work, structured mentorship and access to regional and global training and mobility programs.

Civil law degree from a recognized university; member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec.
3–7 years' relevant litigation experience (insurance, construction, commercial litigation, professional liability).
Fluency in English and French (oral and written); strong drafting and advocacy skills.
Excellent legal judgment, analysis, organization, attention to detail and collaborative team spirit.
