The group handles high-stakes disputes for innovative companies across the U.S., with collaborative teams working across multiple offices.
The role offers early substantive responsibility on a varied docket, including intellectual property disputes, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, and complex commercial litigation. Successful candidates will work closely with experienced litigators on precedent-setting matters for clients in the technology and life sciences sectors.
Candidates must be available to join after their clerkship and be barred in — or eligible to sit for or waive into — the bar of the office to which they apply. Applicants should submit standard application materials indicating their clerkship term and availability to start.
- Current federal judicial clerk with approximately 1–3 years of post-graduate legal experience (post-clerkship hire).
- Barred in, or eligible to sit/waive into, the state bar for the office applied to.
- Strong legal writing and research skills; demonstrated academic and clerkship performance.
- Interest and/or experience in technology and life sciences-related disputes (IP, securities/regulatory, commercial litigation).
