Seeking a lateral litigation partner to join a large international law firm’s Austin office. The role will lead significant commercial and complex litigation matters, manage trial-ready teams, and work closely with clients across regional and national disputes.

The partner will be expected to originate and grow client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with practice colleagues across offices. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is desirable.

Established partner-level litigation experience handling commercial and complex disputes
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and strong courtroom advocacy
Track record of client development and relationship management; portable business welcome
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and managing litigation teams
Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain)
