Lead and grow a contentious disputes practice in a well‑established German law firm’s Chemnitz office. The role focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration across both domestic and cross‑border matters.

This is a partner‑level opening for an experienced disputes lawyer who will take a senior role in case strategy, client management and business development. The team handles complex commercial disputes for corporate clients and frequently works with colleagues across Germany.

Established partner or senior counsel with significant litigation and arbitration experience.
Proven track record of leading cases, supervising teams and advising corporate clients in commercial disputes.
Strong business development skills and ability to bring or develop client relationships (portable practice welcomed).
Admission to the German bar and fluency in German; experience with cross‑border matters advantageous.
