Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Chemnitz

Leading German commercial firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate practice in the Chemnitz office. The role will focus on M&A and transactional matters, advising German and cross-border clients on corporate governance and deal execution.

This is a hands-on partner role with responsibility for originating and leading transactions, growing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers. The team works across sectors on both sell- and buy-side mandates.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Track record advising on corporate governance and leading deal teams.
• Demonstrable client development ability; a portable practice or existing client relationships preferred.
• Fluency in German and strong English legal drafting and negotiation skills.
