Lateral Partner — Corporate & Finance (Chemnitz)

Senior transactional partner role with a well-established German firm’s Chemnitz office. The team advises on corporate and finance transactions for domestic and international clients, with particular strength in private equity and venture capital matters.

We are seeking a partner to lead and develop deal teams, manage client relationships and originate new business across mid‑to‑large cap transactions. The role offers autonomy to build a practice locally while collaborating with national and cross‑border colleagues.

• Established partner with a strong transactional background in corporate M&A and finance
• Proven experience advising on private equity and/or venture capital transactions
• Track record leading deals and managing client relationships; business development skills required (portable client base desirable)
• Fluent in German and English; ability to work on cross‑border matters
