Senior partner opportunity for an experienced restructuring/insolvency lawyer to join a well‑established German practice in Chemnitz. The role combines lead restructuring work with finance and banking advisory, supporting corporate turnaround, distressed M&A and creditor-side matters.

The team advises a broad range of domestic clients and financial institutions; you will take a senior client-facing role, build a local practice and mentor junior lawyers. The firm supports collaborative cross-practice work across Germany.

Partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related finance work.
Proven track record of originating and leading matters; a portable practice/book of business is desirable.
Admitted to practise in Germany and fluent in German; strong client development skills.
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across practice groups.
