Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its Finance & Banking practice from the Chemnitz office. The role focuses on advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border lending and banking matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, developing business, supervising teams and contributing to practice development in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are desirable.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions or lending matters
Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising junior lawyers
Admissions/qualification to practise in Germany or equivalent commercial-law background
