Leading German law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join the Finance & Banking and Corporate teams in the Chemnitz office. The role focuses on advising institutional and corporate clients on transactions and regulatory matters in the asset and investment management space.

We are looking for an established lawyer who can lead matters, develop business locally and collaborate across the firm's national practice. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in fund or investment management will be particularly attractive.

Proven partner-level experience in finance/corporate matters, ideally with a focus on asset management or investment management
Track record of leading transactions and advising institutional clients
Comfort developing business and working across practice groups
Admission to practise in the relevant jurisdiction and fluency in German preferred
