Well-established global law firm is seeking a lateral Litigation Partner to join its Chicago disputes team. The role offers responsibility for leading commercial litigation matters across federal and state courts, supervising trial teams, and managing complex case strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven trial and motion practice, strong client relationships, and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice in the region. This is an opportunity to join a busy, cross-border disputes group with substantial resources and support for business development.

Admission to the relevant state bar (active license in Illinois preferred).
Established commercial litigation experience with courtroom and motion practice experience.
Proven track record of client development; ability to bring or expand a portable book of business.
Experience managing teams, mentoring associates, and collaborating on cross-border matters.
