Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy Dallas litigation practice within a well-established national firm. The role will involve leading complex commercial and civil litigation matters, managing teams, and appearing in court as needed.

The practice handles a broad range of disputes across industries; the successful candidate will take ownership of case strategy, client relationships, and matter management. The team values collaborative cross‑practice work and regional coordination.

Candidates with an existing portable litigation practice or demonstrable business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level litigation experience with substantial trial and courtroom exposure
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates and support staff
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
