An established international law firm is seeking a senior litigation partner to join its Dubai disputes team. The role will focus on leading complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters for regional and global clients across multiple sectors.

The partner will take a leading role on high-value mandates, manage and develop a small team of dispute lawyers, and contribute to business development and client relationship growth in the Middle East market.

Proven partner-level litigation practice with significant experience in commercial disputes and/or international arbitration.
Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of business development.
Experience supervising associates and managing case budgets and strategy.
Qualified to practice in a recognised common law jurisdiction; strong English language skills. Middle East market experience preferred.
