Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its litigation practice in Harrisburg with a particular emphasis on securities-related matters and white-collar work. The role combines client-facing litigation, internal leadership on matters, and business development to expand regional capabilities.

The successful candidate will handle contested matters from investigation through trial, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters. Candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships that can be brought into the team are encouraged to apply.

Established partner track record in commercial litigation, including securities or white-collar disputes.
Proven trial or contentious matter experience and ability to manage complex cases end‑to‑end.
Demonstrated business development / client management skills; portable practice welcomed.
Active Pennsylvania bar admission (or willingness to obtain) and strong leadership/mentoring experience.
