Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Harrisburg office to grow and lead a commercial litigation and employment practice. The role will handle complex employment disputes, professional-liability matters and matters arising in the healthcare and construction sectors.

The position calls for someone who can manage client relationships, lead litigation teams and contribute to business development in the region. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination track record are encouraged to apply.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or able to transfer promptly)
Established litigation and labor & employment experience at partner or senior counsel level
Track record handling professional liability, healthcare and/or construction-related matters preferred
Proven ability to manage teams, supervise associates and run client engagements
Business development skills and a portable practice or demonstrated client origination history desirable
