Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and run an employment and labor litigation practice from its Harrisburg office. The role will focus on managing high-stakes workplace litigation, counseling clients on employment disputes, and leading trial and arbitration matters.

The partner will lead a small team, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-practice matters. A demonstrable record of client development and a portable practice is welcomed as the role has an expectation of contributing to business growth.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligible for admission)
Established partner-level experience in employment & labor litigation
Proven trial and arbitration experience and a strong litigation track record
Client development skills and ability to manage and mentor a team
