The role centers on defending False Claims Act and managed-care litigation and handling complex business disputes involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The position offers partnership in a national law firm platform with cross-practice support (healthcare, technology, regulatory). You will manage trials and high-stakes motions, mentor associates, and collaborate with regulatory and transactional colleagues on integrated client solutions.

Established litigation partner with substantial trial and motion experience in healthcare and related regulatory litigation (False Claims Act and managed-care matters preferred)
Proven experience handling technology-driven disputes such as AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency matters
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or clear business development plan is preferred
Strong leadership and associate‑mentoring skills; collaborative approach across practice groups
