Litigation Partner — Los Angeles

Seeking a litigation partner to join a busy Los Angeles litigation team focused on complex commercial disputes, class actions and privacy/data-protection matters. The role will lead high-stakes litigation, manage teams of associates, and take primary responsibility for case strategy and courtroom advocacy.

The practice handles a mix of individual and multi-party matters involving privacy, data security and consumer/class claims. The successful candidate will drive substantive casework, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with colleagues across practices to support integrated client solutions.

• Established trial and appellate litigation experience, including handling class actions or multi-party litigation
• Demonstrated experience in privacy, data-protection or related regulatory-driven litigation
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams of associates and coordinate discovery and motion practice
• Business development skills and a track record of generating or growing client relationships; portable practice welcomed
• Active California bar admission (or ability to obtain) and authorization to practice in Los Angeles
