Litigation Partner — New Jersey

Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join a growing New Jersey office of a major national law firm. The role will involve leading complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts and building out a local practice.

The firm is expanding its presence in the market and is looking for a partner with an established, portable practice who can originate work and collaborate with an existing national litigation platform. This is a hands-on, rainmaking role with opportunities for team leadership and high‑visibility matters.

• Established litigation partner with a strong record of handling complex commercial litigation and trials.
• Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or proven origination track record preferred.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey (or able to obtain admission) and comfortable in state and federal courts.
• Leadership, team management experience, and ability to work with a national litigation team.
