Leading litigation practice in New York is seeking a lateral partner to join a high-profile trial and arbitration team. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration, handling bet-the-company disputes and high-stakes enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy, manage trial and arbitration teams, and play a central role in business development. This is a partner-level position where a portable practice and ability to bring client relationships are important to the opportunity.

• Established partner-level litigation experience in commercial disputes and international arbitration
• Strong trial and arbitration advocacy record and demonstrated case leadership
