Well-established law firm is seeking a lateral litigation partner to join its Providence office and lead trial and dispute-resolution work across state and federal courts. The role will focus on high-stakes commercial litigation and complex civil matters for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will build and manage a team, develop client relationships, and contribute to business development locally and regionally. This is an opportunity to take a portable litigation practice into a collegial office with national support.

Track record as a trial-ready litigator with significant courtroom and motion practice experience
Established client relationships and ability to develop new business; portable practice welcome
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing associates and case teams
Bar admission in Rhode Island or willingness to obtain admission
