Litigation Partner — San Francisco

Experienced litigation partner sought to join a leading national law firm’s San Francisco litigation team. The role will focus on handling complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, leading trial- and motion-focused matters, and supervising associates.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with national resources, contribute to strategic case management, and play a visible role in client relationship development. There is an expectation of business-generation capability; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business are encouraged to apply.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar admission (or ability to transfer).
• Established partner-level litigation experience handling complex commercial matters in state and federal courts.
• Proven trial and/or dispositive motion experience and strong courtroom advocacy.
• Track record of managing teams, mentoring associates, and leading case strategy.
• Demonstrable client-development skills; portable practice or history of bringing in work preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
