Litigation Partner — Securities (Los Angeles)

Established national firm is seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join its Los Angeles securities and investigations team. The role focuses on handling complex securities disputes, enforcement matters and related white-collar investigations for corporate and individual clients.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced trial and investigations lawyer who can lead matters, develop client relationships and work collaboratively across practice groups. The hiring group handles a mix of internal investigations, regulatory enforcement and contested securities litigation.

• Proven partner- or senior-level experience in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement or white-collar investigations.
• Track record of leading litigation teams, managing e-discovery and motion practice, and trying cases or handling major hearings.
• Strong client-development skills; portable client relationships or a demonstrable book of business preferred.
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to practice in California; excellent writing and advocacy skills.
