Litigation Partner — Securities & White Collar — Austin

Senior litigation partner opportunity with a well-established national firm seeking to expand its securities and white‑collar practice in Austin. The role focuses on handling complex securities disputes, government investigations and related civil litigation for commercial and institutional clients.

The team litigates high‑stakes matters across state and federal courts and frequently interacts with regulators. This is a business‑building role: the firm is looking for an experienced trial lawyer who can contribute to and grow a book of business while mentoring junior lawyers.

• Proven partner‑level litigation background with significant securities and/or white‑collar experience.
• Track record of first‑chair trial and/or major motion practice and handling government investigations.
• Portable practice or demonstrable business‑development capability preferred.
• Admission to the Texas bar (or willingness to obtain) and ability to work from the Austin office.
