Litigation Partner — Securities & White Collar — Lincoln

Leading regional law firm is seeking a lateral litigation partner to join its Lincoln office to lead and expand a securities and white‑collar defense practice. The role focuses on courtroom and investigatory work across securities-related litigation and regulatory defense for corporate and individual clients.

The successful candidate will handle complex matters, mentor junior litigators, and develop business in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in securities or white‑collar work will be viewed favorably.

• Established partner with significant litigation experience, including securities and/or white‑collar defense
• Proven trial and/or investigative experience and record of supervising teams
• Strong business development skills; portable book of business or ability to generate new client work preferred
• Admission to practice in the relevant state (or ability to obtain admission)
