Admission to the relevant state bar and active litigation practice at partner or equivalent level
Proven experience in securities litigation and/or white-collar criminal defense
Strong trial or contested litigation background and experience managing matters from intake through resolution
Track record of originating or sustaining client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
