Senior litigation partner opportunity in Weirton for an experienced trial-focused lawyer with a securities and white-collar practice. The role is with a well-established national firm seeking to grow its litigation bench in the region.

The position involves leading contested matters, supervising junior litigation staff, and developing client relationships across securities, enforcement and regulatory disputes. The team handles a mix of civil and regulatory work for commercial and individual clients; you will be expected to contribute both courtroom experience and business development capability.

Established litigation partner with demonstrable experience in securities litigation and white-collar defense or investigations
Proven trial and/or regulatory enforcement experience; comfortable managing high-stakes matters
Track record of developing client relationships and a willingness to build or bring a portable practice
Experience supervising associates and collaborating across practice groups
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
