Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin litigation team with a focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory litigation for a mix of institutional and private clients.

The successful candidate will lead major matters, develop and mentor associates, and work collaboratively across practice groups. The team offers significant litigation resources and a platform to expand an existing securities/white‑collar practice in the region.

Established partner with substantial litigation experience, including securities or white‑collar matters.
Proven trial and/or regulatory litigation skills and courtroom experience.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor associates and manage complex cases.
Business development experience; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships is highly desirable.
Bar admission in Texas or willingness to transfer admission; strong professional references.
