Leading litigation team in Austin is seeking a lateral partner to join its commercial litigation and arbitration practice. The role involves handling high‑stakes commercial disputes, representing sophisticated corporate clients, and contributing to an active arbitration docket.

The successful candidate will join a team with national and international dispute resolution capabilities and will be expected to develop and expand a portable litigation practice while collaborating across offices on large, complex matters.

• Proven partner‑level commercial litigation and arbitration experience.
• Established, portable litigation practice with demonstrable client relationships and business origination ability.
• Track record of leading complex disputes, including arbitrations and cross‑border matters.
