Leading international law firm is seeking a senior partner to help build and expand its Houston litigation and corporate offering, with a focus on energy-adjacent transactional work. The role is practice-facing and business-development driven, supporting a strategic growth push in the Houston market for 2026.

Ideal candidates will have an established practice in transactional and/or commercial litigation matters with energy, infrastructure or project-finance adjacency, and a track record of originating and growing client relationships. The team collaborates across US and UK offices and will leverage cross-border capabilities.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level track record in transactional or commercial litigation work with energy/infrastructure adjacency
Demonstrated business development and client-originating ability; experience building a market in Houston or comparable US energy hubs
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and ability to work on cross-border matters
