Partner, Corporate M&A (US & EMEA offices)

Leading international law firm is seeking a senior M&A partner to help build and lead a substantial corporate transactional team across its US and EMEA offices. The role is part of a strategic expansion with a clear preference for hiring a group or a partner who can bring a team.

Priority locations include New York and Dallas, with additional opportunities across major US and European financial centers. The successful candidate will play a central role in market growth, client development and cross-border deal leadership.

• Established partner with a strong M&A track record in cross-border and domestic transactions
• Proven ability to originate and lead high-value corporate transactions and to manage and develop a team
• Relevant bar admissions and eligibility to work in the target office(s)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
