Leading global firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its energy and infrastructure finance practice. The role will focus on complex financings across traditional and renewable energy projects and infrastructure transactions, working with cross-border teams across the US and UK.

The ideal candidate will bring partner-level experience advising lenders, sponsors and project stakeholders on structured financings, as well as a demonstrable track record of originating and managing matter flow. This is a business-development-oriented role where a portable practice will be an asset.

Established partner-level experience in energy and infrastructure finance, including project and acquisition financings
Proven ability to originate work and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience working on cross-border transactions and with multidisciplinary teams
Qualified or able to qualify in relevant US and/or UK jurisdictions; strong communication and leadership skills
