Partner, Insurance (Life) — US & UK

Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its Life Insurance practice, advising insurers, reinsurers and other financial-services clients on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters. The role spans insurance product work, policyholder and regulatory engagement, and cross-border matters between the US and UK markets.

The successful candidate will join a team that handles complex insurance-finance transactions and regulatory counseling, working with experienced practitioners across multiple offices. This is a rainmaking role with a focus on business development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in life insurance and insurance-finance matters
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and cross-border matters
• Licensed/admitted in relevant jurisdiction(s) or able to obtain admission(s)
