Restructuring Partner — Austin

Leading national law firm is seeking a senior restructurings partner to join its Austin office and help grow a market-facing restructuring and insolvency practice. The role will involve leading client engagements, advising debtors, creditors and restructuring committees, and coordinating cross-border and cross-practice work where required.

The successful candidate will join an established team and will be expected to originate new business, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with finance, corporate and litigation colleagues on complex in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings.
