Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Several years of litigation experience at a law firm or government agency; strong briefing, motion practice and oral advocacy skills
Experience with discovery, depositions, and complex civil litigation procedures
Ability to manage competing deadlines, work collaboratively on multi‑disciplinary teams, and mentor junior lawyers
