M&A Associate — Technology Companies, Boston

Mid-level associate opportunity to join a Technology Companies M&A team in Boston. The role involves working on mergers and acquisitions for early- and late-stage technology companies and representing venture capital investor clients.

Successful candidates will have experience both contributing on deal teams and managing components of transactions independently, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build and manage relationships with clients and outside counsel.

California bar admission (or timely eligibility to obtain admission) is required.

• Mid-level M&A experience with technology company transactions (early- and late-stage)
• Experience representing or working with venture capital investor clients
• Demonstrated ability to handle deal components independently and to work effectively on teams
• Strong academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills
