Corporate Associate (M&A) - Boston

Established national corporate practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Boston M&A and private equity team. The role focuses on buy- and sell-side acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and related private equity transactions for a mix of sponsors and strategic buyers.

The successful candidate will work on complex, cross-office transactions as part of a collaborative team, provide high-quality client service, and participate in professional development with a view toward an on-track partnership path. The team expects in-office presence roughly 60% of the time under published hybrid guidelines.

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
• 3+ years of M&A and private equity transactional experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing responsibilities with strong attention to detail
• Proven collaborator who works effectively in team settings
