Senior associate role on a public M&A team within a national/global M&A practice, based in Boston. The team handles public-company M&A and related securities work, including transactions involving real estate, technology and life sciences clients.

Candidates will join a high-volume transactional group and work across sell-side and buy-side public M&A matters, advising public companies on complex deal and securities-law issues. The role offers exposure to headline public transactions and the chance to develop as a trusted strategic advisor to clients.

Applicants should have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage high-profile, time-sensitive matters. Bar admission (or prompt eligibility) and a detailed deal sheet are required.

5+ years post-qualification transactional/M&A experience
Substantial experience with public-company M&A and related securities work
Experience on sell-side and buy-side public transactions; real estate, tech or life sciences experience a plus
Outstanding academic record and strong written/verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; deal sheet required
