A leading global law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its Public M&A team within its Global M&A group. The firm maintains one of the highest-volume M&A practices worldwide and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, headline-grabbing transactions.

The role involves a broad range of public company M&A matters on both the sellside and buyside, along with related securities law work. The successful candidate will advise clients as a trusted strategic advisor and build versatile skills across multiple industries.

The team collaborates across practice areas and geographies within a collegial, entrepreneurial environment. This position is based in Boston.

5+ years of sophisticated M&A and transactional experience
Focus on M&A transactions involving public companies (sellside and buyside)
Experience with related securities laws
Tech and/or Life Sciences industry experience is a plus
Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain promptly
Deal sheet required
