M&A / Private Equity Associate — Chicago

Seeking a 2nd–6th year corporate associate to join a major private equity practice in the Chicago office. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors on acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio companies.

Ideal candidates will have strong transactional experience in PE-backed deals, excellent academic credentials, and prior large-firm training. The team handles complex buyouts and sales across industries and offers significant deal exposure.

• 2–6 years PQE in corporate / M&A work
• Demonstrable experience representing private equity sponsors on acquisitions and dispositions
• Strong academic record and prior large-firm experience preferred
• Excellent drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills
