Managing Associate — Commercial Disputes, Manchester

Senior disputes role in a national commercial disputes group, based in Manchester. The team handles a broad range of commercial litigation, arbitration and investigations work for corporate clients and frequently coordinates with transactional colleagues to resolve complex disputes.

The role offers ownership of complex matters under partner supervision, responsibility for managing associate teams and client delivery, and clear opportunities for progression within a growing disputes practice. Business development and coaching more junior lawyers are integral to the role.

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in private practice with commercial/corporate disputes experience
• Proven experience managing complex cases and supervising associate teams
• Strong litigation and arbitration skills, including strategy, drafting and advocacy
• Client-facing, business development capability and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail, commercial judgment and a collaborative approach
