Managing Associate — Finance & Banking Disputes, London

Senior litigation role within a market-recognised finance and banking disputes team in London. The team handles high-value, multi-jurisdictional financial and regulatory disputes for financial institutions, corporates and individuals, including urgent injunctive relief, freezing orders and cross-border enforcement.

The role combines case management, client-facing work and mentoring of junior lawyers. You will support senior lawyers on complex financial disputes and regulatory matters, working as part of a busy, commercially-focused disputes practice with international reach.

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation with significant finance/banking or financial‑services disputes experience.
• Contentious regulatory experience and familiarity with financial products, documentation and regulatory processes.
• Strong academic background, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and commercial judgement.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers and handle competing priorities in a busy practice.
