Senior counsel role within a national mass torts team focused on asbestos, talc, and product-liability defense. The position involves managing assigned cases through all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom appearances.

You will work collaboratively with experienced litigators, junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop defensive strategies and advance client objectives, while exercising a high degree of autonomy on case management.

The role requires occasional travel for depositions, hearings, and court appearances. Flexible arrangements, including remote or part-time options, may be considered.

3–5 years of experience in toxic-tort, talc, asbestos, or product-liability litigation
Licensed to practice in Illinois and in good standing
Strong written and oral advocacy, legal research, and motion-practice skills
Proven ability to manage cases independently and to collaborate effectively with teams and experts
Willingness to travel periodically for hearings, depositions, and court appearances
