Counsel, Litigation — Los Angeles

Senior litigation counsel role based in downtown Los Angeles with a national full‑service law firm. The position involves handling complex commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, including motion practice, discovery management, and courtroom appearances.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and practice teams, supervise junior lawyers, and support client-facing workstreams. There is opportunity to contribute to case strategy, manage significant portions of active matters, and assist with business development.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar admission (or ability to become admitted)
• Significant litigation experience in state and/or federal courts; strong trial and motion practice skills
• Proven drafting, case-management, and advocacy abilities
• Experience supervising associates and working directly with clients
