A growing labor and employment team is seeking a Senior Counsel attorney to manage high-exposure employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, and reasonable accommodation disputes, as well as advice and counsel on discipline and termination issues.

The role offers an active, hands-on litigation practice with significant client contact and responsibility for driving cases from investigation through resolution.

Labor and employment litigation experience required
Admission to the California bar
Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school
Extensive experience in all aspects of litigation
Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
Effective oral advocate
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
