Mass Torts Counsel — Litigation

Established national litigation team seeks a Counsel-level attorney to join its Mass Torts practice focused on asbestos, talc and product liability matters. The role involves handling all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation, with significant autonomy on assigned matters.

The position requires close collaboration with experienced litigators, junior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy and manage client workstreams. Candidates should be comfortable travelling periodically for hearings, depositions and court appearances. Flexible and remote working arrangements may be considered.

• 3–5 years' experience in toxic tort, talc or product liability litigation
• Licensed to practice in Missouri and in good standing
• Proven written and oral advocacy skills; strong legal research and analytical ability
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage cases with autonomy
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and travel as required
