Mergers & Acquisitions Associate — Corporate

Growing M&A group at a leading national firm is seeking midlevel associates to join offices across the United States. The team handles a broad range of private M&A transactions, including private equity and other private-target deals.

Candidates will join a collaborative practice that advises corporates and financial sponsors on transactional matters. The role offers hybrid working and a full professional benefits package.

Positions are open in multiple U.S. offices; candidates should be prepared to support cross-office, national deal teams.

• Juris Doctor and strong academic credentials
• Minimum of 3 years' M&A transactional experience (private equity and/or private-target transactions preferred)
• Prior experience at a large, national or AmLaw 100 firm is required
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; ability to work on cross-office teams
