Midlevel associate role in a national corporate group focused on middle‑market mergers and acquisitions. The position is open across multiple West Coast offices (including Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland) and involves working on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions for private companies and strategic investors.

You'll join deal teams handling structuring, due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary documents, and coordinating closing processes. 3–5 years' experience supporting M&A transactions at a law firm (mid‑market/private company focus preferred)
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deal timelines in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission or eligibility for admission in the hiring office's state
