Mergers & Acquisitions Associate — Corporate

Midlevel associate role in a multi-office corporate group focused on middle‑market mergers and acquisitions. The position is open in multiple West Coast offices and involves advising private companies, strategic buyers and sellers, and investors across a range of transactional matters.

You will work closely with partners and senior deal teams on transaction structuring, due diligence, document drafting and negotiation, and closing processes. The team emphasizes collaboration, client-facing responsibility, and cross-practice coordination with tax, real estate, employment, IP, and technology specialists.

• 3–5 years of law firm M&A experience, with private company deal exposure preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines on deal teams
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission or eligibility for admission in the hiring jurisdiction
