Leading US law firm is seeking M&A associates to join its corporate practice across multiple offices. You will work on a range of buy- and sell-side transactions for sophisticated clients, taking responsibility for drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary agreements, managing deal processes and client communications, and helping guide transaction execution from start to finish.

Proven drafting and negotiation skills for definitive and ancillary transaction documents
