Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate

Seeking a mid-level M&A attorney for a national transactional practice. The role involves lead drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary agreements, managing deal processes, and advising sophisticated corporate clients across a range of transactions.

Successful candidates will join a high-volume, collaborative team and will supervise and mentor junior associates while balancing client-facing responsibilities and internal workflow demands. • 3-7 years post-qualification M&A/transactional experience
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents
• Experience managing deal process, client relationships, and supervising junior associates
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
