Top-tier capital markets team in New York is seeking a mid-level associate with strong securities and public-company experience. The role focuses on advising issuers and underwriters on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, and on counseling public companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters.

3–5 years of securities/capital markets experience (PQE)
Substantial experience on equity and debt capital markets matters, including IPOs, and SEC reporting
Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York
Strong academic record and client-facing experience; relevant law firm experience at large national or AmLaw 50 firms preferred
